What can I use today?
The free records guide and these public previews are available without an account or purchase. The working AI is a separate private review for general questions only.
Can I upload my records here?
Medical uploads and personal AI results are unavailable. Keep records on your own device. Do not send them through contact or intake forms.
Will signing in open my saved dashboard?
That behavior has passed review on one test account in the separate private workspace. Cross-device progress and account isolation still require live testing. The public preview does not save your progress.
What does Pathway support counseling mean?
It means step-by-step preparation guidance (“hand-holding”): help organizing your information, working through forms, and choosing one next action at your own pace. You stay in control of your information and decisions. This is non-clinical support, not mental health treatment or legal representation. Pathway includes everything in Self-Service and Form Support and remains a planned service during this review.
What will my AI Claim Recommendation Report tell me?
The planned report will summarize the information you choose to provide and suggest claim types you may want to consider. These are suggestions for review with an accredited VSO or attorney, not a VA eligibility decision or a guaranteed rating. Personal AI reports are not available in this preview.
What if I want help making the forms?
Planned next step: “If you would like help preparing your draft forms, upgrade to Form Support — $75.” Pathway Support — $150 includes that form support plus step-by-step guidance and non-clinical support counseling. Upgrades and form delivery are unavailable during this review.
Will my VSO automatically receive my report?
No. A partner discount code records referral attribution; it does not authorize access to your records or report. Automatic VSO emailing is not enabled. Optional sharing is a future improvement and would require you to choose the recipient and approve what is shared.
